Recent changes in USDA sanitation guidelines and the new HACCP requirements are requiring tight control on sanitizer levels in the water used in poultry and food processing.  Foxcroft has the accurate instrumentation and experience required to provide automated control of existing, or new, chlorination equipment in the high chlorine residual environment of the food processing industry ( up to 50 ppm without dilution).  This type of chlorine control eliminates hourly "grab-sample" tests, and the inherent inaccuracy of the typical "count-the-drops" type of color test kit.
