The FX-1504 Four-Channel Toxic Gas Detector monitors the air for gas leaks of the same or four different gases simultaneously in different locations.
The remote monitor is equipped with a separate LED digital display in PPM or % Oxygen for each channel. A 100 db audible alarm sounds when toxic gas levels reach the warning or danger levels. All channels alarm independently in the event of a toxic gas leak or low oxygen levels.
Reliable electrochemical sensors can be placed as far away as 2000 feet from the remote display so personel can preview the status of a potentially hazardous area before entering.
Each sensor enclosure includes an electronics test button for local electric fault testing and red LED alarm indicator. Both the sensor and remote units are housed in NEMA 4X enclosures to protect the electronics from corrosion and dirt. Output via 4-20mA retransmission to external monitoring and control devices is available optionally.
